DEPOSIT POLICY
All orders require a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon pickup. NO orders will be placed without a depost.

TURNAROUND TIME POLICY
All orders are given a two-week turn around time for completion. Mistakes happen, shipments dont arrive, materials run out. These situations sometimes cannot be avoided. This policy gives us sufficient time to fix the errors so you can recieve your finished order for the date you need them. We cannot 100% guarantee acceptance of rush orders, although we will try our best to take them for you. Any orders that require a turnaround time of less than 48 hours will have to be charged a rush fee (see price guide for details).

SPECIAL ORDERED MATERIAL POLICY
Any orders that require specialty material (ie. reflective vinyl, custom size banners, custom lined sweatshirts, etc.) may be charged for the whole minimum amount offered by the supplier if it is not carried in stock by us.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Finished items cannot be returned after being printed, embroidered, or heat sealed. However, any order with an error on our behalf (ie. misspellings, wrong colors or artwork, misaligned stitching etc.) will be fixed or replaced with no charges or refunded completely. All artwork requires approval before production is started.

USED GARMENT POLICY
Please be courtious and wash any used garments before bringing them to us to be worked on. We may refuse any items that we do not find sanitary to be working with.
